New site for Trove Partners

Explore the Partner Learning Hub and Partners section on Trove, now replacing the Libraries Australia website

You may have been redirected here from the Libraries Australia website.

What’s happening

Trove Partners now have access to a dedicated site to access information and resources to support their use of Trove Collaborative Services (TCS), replacing the Libraries Australia website.

From 1 July 2021, you can find content previously available from the Libraries Australia website, and more, from:

  • The Partners section of Trove – your space for locating information on becoming a Partner, Partner services, promoting your organisation, the Trove Strategic Advisory Committee (TSAC), and Partner support.
  • The Partner Learning Hub – your online learning platform that includes guides, manuals, troubleshooting tips, and more.

Other Libraries Australia services

This change does not affect the systems and associated cataloguing services used to contribute, search and download records from the Australian National Bibliographic Database (ANBD). You will be able to continue to access these services via Managing your accounts in the Partners Section of the Trove website.

What do you need to do?

If you don’t already have access to the Partner Learning Hub, contact the Partner support team to request an account.

Why is the Libraries Australia website being replaced?

For over 35 years, Libraries Australia has helped libraries and information professionals manage and share collections. In 2019, Libraries Australia transitioned to be part of Trove Collaborative Services – and now operates under new Terms and Conditions, fee structure and governance structure.

While we continued to maintain the Libraries Australia website in this transition period, it is now ready to replace this ageing website with the new site on Trove.

Our history of the website has been captured through snapshots in the Australian Web Archive – which you can access anytime via Trove.
